How to Overcome stage Fear ?

How to get rid of stage Fear ?

Every time we go to the stage, We start feeling spine chilling sensation. We get almost paralyzed , Our body freezes and we start stammering. Then suddenly the fear of being judged seizes us. We fall short of words as well , and trust me it is damn unpleasant feeling.

If any of the feelings is experienced by you , then you are the victim of stage fear and today's article is dedicated to all of you.

Before I talk about "how to get rid of stage fear" . I would like to tell what most people think when they get on the stage or encounter public/ Crowd.

First thing that strikes  in their mind is " What if"  that becomes broad soon . They keep thinking of many Questions such as

Q- 1. What if I make any mistake ?

Q -2. What if People laugh at me ?

Q- 3. What if I can't make good impression?

These Negative thoughts leave you depressed and somewhere it blocks your brain that leads you to permanent pessimism. Everytime you face such situation the same fear seizes you.

*SOLUTION OF STAGE FEAR*

We have stage fear once when we underestimate ourselves and give unnecessary importance to People ,We consider people superior to us and that's where we make the blunder.

Now " WHAT SHOULD WE DO FOR THAT ? "

We should not consider people superior to us Rather consider them just like us.

Take the help of *" SO WHAT " it really works. Feed your brain  the optimist thought and replace "WHAT IF " with "SO WHAT ". Speak to your subconscious brain the sentences like

1. So what I make  mistake, No body is perfect in the entire world, Every one makes mistake including those who are sitting in front of you. You are not  gonna be given the capital punishment if you make silly mistakes.

2. So what people laugh at me , let them laugh atleast I am giving them a reason to smile. So it's a great thing.

*CONCLUSION*

Find some positive in every Negative and make your life happy " *BECAUSE THOUGHTS ARE NEVER NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE . THOUGHTS ARE THOUGHTS , ITS HUMAN BEING WHO GIVE IT A TAG OF POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE* "
